Même si la météo islandaise n'est pas aussi mauvaise que l'on veut bien le dire, il faut tout de même pas s'attendre à avoir le soleil tous les jours....

Even if the Icelandic weather is not as bad as we generally think, we can not however expect to see the sun all day every day....

Salut Chris,
Belle prise avec un bon choix de cadrage vertical, intéressante atmosphère avec cette brume et le contraste des teintes du bateau qui elles sont très lumineuses, bonne composition.

La remarque qui associe traduit exactement ma pensée! En admirant tous les jours (ou presque) tes photos ainsi que celles d'Yves (sevy), je me disais qu'il faisait super beau cette année en Islande! Ton post me rassure en nous montrant que le climat islandais existe toujours! lol

Hi Chris,
I just came across your fantastic gallery (a day should at least have 24 hours more to investigate this site!) because of this boat. Excellently composed impression of the seascape with this delicate atmosphere of the fog. One can almost hear the fog horn. My compliments!

au moins le brouillard est-il un allié pour créer des ambiances, comme sur ce bord de mer où la barque de pêche attend sagement que la maison s'agite et que quelqu'un vienne embarquer. bonne compo et cadrage vertical.

Bonjour Chris,
I do like this misty atmosphere in this shot. Yet the baot int he foreground is very nicely capture with good sharpness and clarity even in this low light. there is a sense of solitude and loneliness but beautiful. My complements.

Cela me fait penser à San Francisco - faut pas s'attendre à du soleil non plus. Ici le brouillard apporte une côté mystérieuse car situé au fond. Le bateau se détache joliment, est supernet et les couleurs sont attrayantes. En plus il est pointé vers la maison pour donner de la profondeur.
