Hi dear Anellise,
I missede those scenes (like you). Therefore it's a feeling as if a child finds a long missed toy again.

Wonderful shot, with an incredible sense of space and of wide open views. The colour is brilliant and alive, and the waterfall or rapids in the river so real that we can almost hear it. Beautiful!

a lovely location indeed, i guess i would also miss it if i went one day at this place.
nice cloudy sky. not much light, du to the clouds, the composition would have been even better i guess if the foreground line in the water would continue till the right corner, if it is possible of course!

Hi Anellise,

Iceland is full of natural beauty and wild open spaces. What sort of wildlife apart from birds would you encounter on this isolated island? This rushing torrent was a good subject to photograph; the position is terrific, I am unsure if you are on a bridge or on the rocky bank. The landscape gives way to a lively sky which you have dedicated more than 60% of the image to. I think that while the river remains a sharp capture, you may have smoothed the sky a little bit too much, but I don't mind the effect. Great work Anellise.

A beautiful shot with an interesting sky. There are lots of lone houses in your shots of Iceland. I sense it is a lifestyle that you would enjoy.

I cannot believe that you're already done with your Istanbul shots. I saw many gems on your LCD. Not that your Iceland shots are good, but now I wnat to see Turkey all over your gallery.
I received yesterday the newest National Geographic Magazine with an article and pictures of Iceland. One of the pictures was taken at the same place as you presented recently (In Light).
