Photographer’s Note
We had just arrived in Ísafjörður, but it was time to go to Hornstrandir. We leave the camping site, and walk till the port of the city, in a wonderful landscape.
We can see on this picture that the mountains are in fact a plateau eroded by glacier, creating the fjord, but also little hanging valleys ( there is one on the middle of the picture).
We can notice that there were trees, which is quite rare in Iceland.
