Splendid shot, Joachim, those hills look like sentinels at the world's end.
I love these elemental northern scenes - snow, rock, sand, sea and that unique arctic light.

I like the atmosphere very much. Nice northern colours. And an interesting note. Always good to know on which location a movie has been filmed. By chance, this movie will be broadcasted on television next week. So, I'm looking forward to it.

Salut Joachim! Das kann ich schon verstehen, dass Du kein Bock auf die Schweiz hast, und viel viel lieber dieses kalte Stueck Freiheit geniesst. Ein Freund von mir aus Vermont, der ist in Island notgelandet beim Ueberfuerhen eines Flugzeugs von Ungarn in die USA. Der Motor hat kein Oel mehr bekommen, da mussten sie runter :) Aber er lebt - und er schwaermt von Island. Tolles Foto, finde ich, und gerade dieses eher fade Licht macht das Ganze spannend zusammen mit dem dunklen Strand. Mit Gruss aus Zurich down-town, bin fast am Nachhause gehen. Barbara.
