Just a simple shot from Iceland. Not particularly creative. But the scenery is so pretty that I found no reason to mess with it. If it ain't broken don't fix it;)

The scenery is certainly extremely beautiful! Perfect reflection and everything. A very "clean" image. And yeah I know there should be depth in the picture and everything but I would still like it more without the shore in it. I think it kinda breaks the perfectly calm and neat photo. But that's just me anyway. It's an amazingly good picture though!

Dear Mikkel,
A simple shot, but quite effective !!
Colors are really well rendered.
But to make this shot a perfect one, you should have removed the one or two dirts in the sky !

Hi Mikkel,

Nicely composed. Simple forms and splashy light on the hills makes this a success. This encompasses in a simple frame what I remember most about Iceland.

It may be time to consider a sensor cleaning though for your 350D as there are three large spots on the sky. Sensor dust is the bane of digital photographers everywhere and is unavoidable. I use a tool called Arctic Butterfly that has given me excellent results. It's usually easy to remove in post-processing too but can get to be a real pain in the you know what.

It is a simple picture of reflections, but it has something special, such that the eye is hypnotized by it. In particular the darkest part of the hills is great. It carrys some sort of mystery with it. So dark and with no trees, with their reflection on the water. Nice contrast with the part enlighted by the sun.

stuning lanndscape, so severe and simple and beautiful. There is no particulary point of attention, but the reflection and these spots of light on the mountain are so extremely beautiful!
