As we walk back to Landmannalaugar back from Brennisteinsalda volcano, we can enjoy the incredible contrast of Landmannalaugar : orange mountains and dark lava rocks.

Superbe gros plan sur ces roches volcaniques sombres qui contrastent avec l'arrière plan doré et d'une texture elle aussi fort différente .

Superbe contraste de couleurs entre les ocres et la lave noire. Contraste de texture également. Une belle profondeur de champs qui nous laisse bien apprécier la différence entre les textures. Bravo.

Le contraste de couleur entre cette pierre volcanique torturée noire au premier plan et ces flancs ocre jaune dans l'arrière-plan est de toute beauté.
Bravo pour le coup d'oeil !

Je n'avais pas pensé à ce type de cadrage quand j'étais là-bas. Ca marche pas mal et donne une photo graphique, mais aussi informative en montrant différentes versions du volcanisme.

Bonjour Olivier,
spectacualr view, so very much unearthly. I had a plesaure to walk once among the volcanic ladscape on Maui but don't have great photos but it was amazing experience and your photos indeed remind me those incredible moonscapes I could see there.
Fantastic shapes and very unusual and yet so natural colors.
Great composition here with interesting rock fromation in the foreground.

this is very good use of tight frame to show not only the contrasting colors of this rocks but also their amazing structure.

Une zone de l'Islande que je n'ai pas visité et ta photo me donne vraiment envie de voir ces couleurs incroyables de mes propres yeux.
Un contraste très surprenant entre la lave noir et valons oranges, bien vue la composition et merci du partage :-)
