Again, spying on the seagulls' life :)
There are so many of them in the pond in front of the City Hall that the temptation is great...
For those of you who haven't read the note on the previous seagull photo I will repost it here:

Last year the environmental committee of Reykjavík City Council took action on seagulls in Reykjavík and neighboring areas, as they were very prevalent in the city at the moment and many people had complained about them.

Pest control officers, who were given the responsibility of reducing the gull population, said that there had never seen as many seagulls in Reykjavík before. The gull population was reduced by consultation with specialists and informing the general public about what to do (and not do) when near the birds.
