Ce soir, je vous présente une image prise en fin de journée au sud du lac de Mývatn alors qu'un orage se préparait au loin. L'arc en ciel s'appuie sur un pseudo-cratère qui ressemble fortement à un cratère mais qui n'est pas un volcan. En effet, il provient de l'explosion de vapeur qui a eu lieu lors du contact entre une coulée de lave et l'eau du lac.

This evening I show you a picture taken at the end of the day in the South of the lake of Mývatn while a thunderstorm was preparing in the background. The rainbow leans on a pseudo-crater which looks like a crater but which is not a volcano. Indeed, it results from the explosion of vapor which took place during the contact between a lava flow and the water of the lake.
