The scenery...just magical.
Just you, perhaps you are not sensitive to this kind of view but its just amasing how small you feel being there all alone in front off you you have the geothermal field "Leirhnjúkur", is part of the Krafla-volcanic system.
The Kraflas last erruption took place 1984, the powerful lava field is however still warm and sends sulfur steams.
