Photographer's Note

One more shot of Hverarönd hydrothermal site close to Mývatn lake in the north of Iceland. On this picture you can guess how fragile the ground is. It is dissolved by sulphur and full of hot steam and many small boiling water or mud rivers. Footpaths make the visit more secured, but if you get out of the way it can be dangerous and you can have foot in very hot mud or water !
