Fjadrargljufur is found just west of Kirkjubaejarklaustur.
If you look close you can see a dead sheep in the upper left part of the waterfall. Really have to be pointed out but if seen it makes a good reference to how big the canyon is.

A really impressive picture. Amazing colors and textures, and curious shapes of the rock and vegetation patterns. Unusual landscape... Is there any postprocessing in this shot ?

Trčs belle photo qui déstabilise beaucoup. Macro ou normal, il faut s'y prendre ā deux fois pour identifier le sujet. Bref une phot trčs intéressante. Bravo

Very nice saturated colors and soft water. Great detail. Good choice not to include the sky. The photo is a little fuzzy, but not too much.

The colours are striking in this one, Karl!
(And I know they are not artificial, it really look like this!)
Excellent contrasts and light. Sharpness, clarity and details are excelent aswell.
I really like you POV and angle. This is very original and artistic.
Visst är Island underbart! Så vackert att man knappt kan andas ibland. Jag längtar tills nästa gång jag åker dit.

This is a very unusual landscape - almost abstract - with interesting colours. It looks more like a giant waterslide than a waterfall. Thanks for pointing out the dead sheep - I was having trouble working out the perspective. Cheers . . . David

Framing is superb, only the left bottom little white water catches my eyes.
Thanks for sharing.
