Photographer’s Note
View of Husavik from the top of 417m high Husavikurfjall. Husavik is one of the many charming but outrageously overpriced icelandic fishing village of 2500 inhabitants, the main activity there is whale watching. It is located on the northern shore of Iceland just south of the Arctic Circle, facing the uninhabited Kinnarfjöll mountains across the bay. It would be better with a few more clouds, but one must be careful what one wishes for in Iceland's climate. This is a stitch of 2 photos, I did not add a large version because we are limited by how many large panoramas we upload.

Hello Tan,
Excellent photo with amazing colors. What a view we have here, wow! I love all the different colors in the foreground, the beautiful shades in the water and the mountain range accross the bay. I think this photo is just fine and doesn't need more clouds! Great panoramic photo, excellent work!
Greetings,
Ann

Hi Tan
Stunning colours - maybe a touch oversaturated - in stunning scenery. The air looks so clean. I like the form of the bay and those clouds - just the right amount. Looks like we're going to have to save up a bit...

This looks almost like it was taken from a plane. This has an ultrawide feeling to it, like you can see the curvature of the earth - I don't know if that's real or an illusion but it is a very unusual look. As usual, your colors are incredibly vivid and give this shot a lot of punch. Great work!

Hey Tan. That saturation is silly-good! :) I like the use of the wider panoramic but I wonder how awesome this would look as a high-res panoramic. Awesome shot Tan!!

Hello Tan,
this view of Husavik is beautiful ! It makes me remember when I was there for whale watching : we had luck because the sea had no wave and the weather wasn't rainy but we didn't see any whale, only dolphins (but very nice dolphins !)
I like very much such panoramas with great perspectives of this stunning country : if you have other ones, I'll be very happy to see them ;)
Only one critique, I think the colors are a bit over-saturated.

Hi Tan,
As already noted the curves first attract the interest in this view, and they seem to inverse themselves as the eye moves accross the sea brass. Did you push the saturation or is it resulting from the superia/pola combination ?
Have a nice day,
Jean-Yves

Hello Tan, this is a wonderful panorama. I like the shape of this town in a gentle curve around the bay. The saturated colours are superb with the bright green land and deep blue sea.

Hi Tan,
Iceland is for sure a beautiful country but it's as expensive as it's beautiful.
Excellent POV to see the green grasslands, the village, the sea and the mountains.
Nice curve, well done

Hi Tan - I was enjoying again your amazing collection and found this spectacular photo. It made me feel a bit sad, because I was there a few months ago and missed the view from the top, now I realize how picturesque it is! Thanks so much for sharing. Regards, Daniel.

WHY DOESN'T ANYONE WHO COMMENTS THIS PHOTO WRITE ABOUT THEIR FEELINGS!?!?! READING THE COMMENTS SAID NOTHING ABOUT WHAT PHOTOGRAPHY SHOULD BE ABOUT! IT WILL BE THE DEATH OF PHOTOGRAPHY AND US AS HUMANS THE DAY WE IGNORE TO SHARE OUR FEELINGS.
