This is the kind of road you drive on in Iceland...
For miles and miles, a flat and strait gravel road extends before your eyes... running across stone desert, lava fields...
The yellow plastic posts are the only artificial elements in this landscape that can appear a little bit cold and desolated, but when you're there, you don't feel it cold and desolated, more mysterious, wild, pure, a good place to stay...
That's how I felt it during my trip.

its a cute pic! really geometry of the pic does work here: blue sky divided by the horizon and hardly visible details on the sides of the road make the pic mystic; like it a lot

Wow, la route semble vraiment infinie. Ça fait différent des routes nord-américaines encombrées de panneaux de signalisation. C'est une très belle photo. Un peu de vignetage sur les côtés par contre pê causé par le parasoleil.

Une belle composition, l'effet de la route vers l'infini est très bien réussi, la présence des piquets jaunes est superbe, l'horizon parfait et le magnifique ciel bleu, très bien.

Un beau sujet pour un cliché. De belles couleurs et un aspect très sobre. Question de gout, j'aurais tenté un partage 2/3 - 1/3 entre terre et ciel. Très réussi quand même Julien !

Nice picture, with nice lines and fine colours. I like the empty landscape.
