[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Last weekend when driving home from my orchard I took the somewhat longer way so as to have a look at the neighbouring villages. In Kőröstetétlen (though almost thousand year old, it is quite small with less than 1000 inhabitants and almost no institutions since it gained independence finally only in 1991) I detected this very new church with the lovely small fountain in front. Unfortunately, I could not find any information about it that seems to be an ocumenical church having the symbol of both the Roman Catholic (single cross) and the Reformed Church (mace) on the top.

The style is curious and absolutely strange in our region dominated by Baroque and Classical church buildings. Modern but it reminds me of the Saxon fortress churches in Transsylvania, a nice example of which you can find here here, thanks to our friend Marcim (goeast).

In the WS you can see a picture, shot a few minutes before this one, with elderly people waiting for the service.

Hallo Laszlo!
Here in Germany churches are sold and altered e.g. into restaurants... It's good to hear that there are regions where new churche are built - and even nice ones. I never have seen a mace on a church before. Very interesting!
By the way - I like that you have an orchard! ;-)

Szia Laszlo,
das Bild strahlt Klarheit aus, das ist schon richtig heftig. Das Licht ist recht heftig, wie das schattige Dach als Gegensatz mitteilt, aber alles in gutenm Rahmen eingefangen. Der Turm sorgt für eine gute Gestaltung, weil er den Blickpunkt aus dem zentrum rauszieht, genauso wie die leicht diagonal angesetzte Treppe.

una bella immagine, dalle linee molto pulite e nitide e con delle geometrie curiose. Non saprei definire questo stile, ma sicuramente mi piace e mi incuriosisce. Molto strano anche vedere i simboli di due fedi cristiane diverse, Cattolica e Riformista, sopra un'unica chiesa. Forse un bel esempio di fratellanza tra Cristiani.
Tecnicamente la foto č perfetta. Complimenti sinceri.

Szia Laci,
valóban nagyon érdekes építészeti stílusban épült ez a kellemes kis templom és a fotód természetesen kíválóan mutatja be a nagyközönségnek. Nagyon érdekes a két vallási irányzat szimbóluma is a tetején. Gondolom eléggé ritkaságszámba menő dolog, noha így hogy az egyik a másikon van, fölényességi viszonynak is tekinthető lenne.
