Helleborus purpurascens
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Hi,
Today I'd like to show You a unique plant, a flower You can't decide whether it's red or green: Helleborus purpurascens.
It's an endemic Carpathian plant, living in and around that mountains. Common in Hungary (at least in the Bükk National Park).
I hope You like it. More of my H. purpurascens photos are here and here. |

Hello laszlo. In Germany one calls this flower Christian rose. Your photo pleases me well. It is a picture of the season. The upright format is ideal. The blue sky brings additionally color into the picture. Beautifully and worth seeing. Best regards, Wolfgang.
I suppose I have seen it a few times in Beskidy, it's a rare plant as you already stated in the note. Pretty DOF and framing.
Hello Lazlo. Stunning low angle capturing this plant in the fg against the beautiful natural backdrop. Pleasant light in showing the well exposed subject. Well done and have a wonderful weekend. Best regards. Jusni

Szia Laci!
Örülök, hogy újra velünk vagy!
Derék dolog, hogy letérdeltél a kis hunyorhoz, és egy remek virágportréval kedveskedtél nekünk - nagyon szépen érvényesül.
Üdv
Laci
