Blue Danube? Not so blue. At least, in Budapest. Everyone talks about the beautiful and blue Danube. It was my first disappointment when I arrived to Budapest. The river is not blue.
However, the view from the higher points is very enjoyable. But not so enjoyable as the view to the Danube in Belgrade (that, for sure, one of the most magnificent views).
More beautiful than the Danube is the Tagus River in Lisbon.
Sorry Magyar guys, but I prefer Tagus :-) |

hi Ricardo, excelent shot with good panorama. Very typical for Budapest, and I hope to see it by my eyes soon. I think that work you done by sky is not so good. Line on the border is to sharp and combination of photos must be better. !!!
P.S. I prefer Tagus goo.

Very nice classical shot!
It's very familiar landscape, at least for those who have visited Budapest, one of the most beautiful cities in the world on my opinion.
Is it HDR? The white edge between the sky and the rest is quite visible.
May be you are right, Danube is quite classical river. But let me remind you that it has influenced greatly the life of many European nations for centuries and it remains in the hearts of millions as Blue Danube! :-D
