Exceptional color here. Could cool down the WB to bring out the blueness of the blue hour. The symmetric composition is very good. I did get up to the balcony on the dome but the weather was not cooperative for photography. Best wishes for 2008!

This is a great blue hour shot! You have blended natural and artificial lighting to create a great image. Your composition is great using the side buildings to frame the shot as well as creating symmetry. The Christmas lights add a nice touch to the shot.
