Hallo Ulf,
At first glance he looks a bit tilted, but maybe i am fooled by the perspective, i am not sure about that.
The view from ahigher point is wonderful with great clarity and brightness. Good exposure on that part just as your colours and the overal sharpness is very good...nice work.

was für ein imposantes tolles altes gebäude, da macht es als parlament bestimmt spass darin zu tagen. *g*
klasse (über)blick und schön komponiert mit fluss und boot im vordergrund, und auch das wetter mit sonnenschein war sehr

Mehr architektoische Highlights kann man ja kaum in ein Foto packen! Das Auge weiß garnicht, wo es mit dem Bewundern anfangen soll. diese Gebäude sind wirklich unglaubich eindrucksvoll und schön und das Licht hat Dir geholfen, dies noch zu betonen. Ein tolles Foto!

Hallo Ulf,
das ist wahrscheinlich das meistfotografierte Motiv Ungarns - aber selten in dieser hervorragenden Qualität. Ich galube, die Schönheit dieses Gebäudes kommt erst zur Geltung, wenn man die Struktur und die feinen Details gleichzeitig betrachten kann, wie hier, dank der optimalen Beleuchtung. Und was den Gerüst betrifft: ich selbst habe das Parlament noch nie ohne Gerüst gesehen, da die Renovierung seit Jahrzehnten dauert. (Bei dem Bau wurde ein weicher Kalkstein verwandt der mit einer härteren und wiederstandsfähigeren Sorte ersetzt werden muss, ähnlich wie beim Dom von Köln. Da die Wände schon größtenteils weiss, d.h. neubelegt, sind, hoffe ich, dass ich das Parlament einmal noch auch ohne Gerüst sehen kann.)

A gorgeous view, indeed and you took good profit of it and the sunny weather to produce a wonderful compo. Putting the river slightly oblique is a bit risky (I think that is the cause of those complaints about an inclination that I think doesn't exist), but I it resulted wonderfully. I also think that it was very wise to put that tower on the right corner, the cupola in the centre and the boat on the left, as all of that results in a great balance with much dynamics.

Hi Ulf, I am often awe struck by photo of Budapest & this one is a great example, the sharpness & detail is superb, the light is excellent & beautiful colours, however the architecture is amazing, such a stunning city, that good I am going to look for a flight & take my wife in the new year, kind regards Wilson.

Olá Ulf, another superb composition to add to your great collection of pictures from this place. I like the balance bettween the FG and the majestic Parliament. The tower at right makes an easy reading of the image and connects well Buda with Pest. Excellent light and sharpness.
