Photographer’s Note
Kerepesi cemetery.(Kerepesi temető).
Europe's largest national pantheon was established in 1847 as a repository for great men of the nation: Batthyány, Deák, Kossuth, Vörösmarty to name but a few. In the fifties the cemetery was declared closed and reserved for the ceremonial burial of left-wing politicians. József Antal, prime minister of the first democratically elected government after the fall of communism, was also interred here. In addition to politicians and such like celebrities there are the graves of famous Hungarian writers, painters and other artists. The cemetery also features a unique institution in Europe, the Museum of Funeral Culture.

Nice detail. A good way to reinterpret a work of art. Are you using a tripod? It looks like you're getting some camera shake blurriness. Anyway, what's with this obsession with cemetaries? I prefer your photos of EVERYDAY LIFE in Italy.

hi gali
this is a very nice photograph and i understand your problem of uploading photographs as i have the same problem
but in this case i think the little blurriness goes really well with the photograph. i dont think i would have liked this photograph much if it was absolutely sharp
take care
