Photographer’s Note
Metro station is everything but being alone: masses of people rushing from one point to another, pushing against one another at rush hour, and breath happily when finally exiting the underground tunnels for the fresh and crisp air outside. Even so, in the metro you can easily feel alone, with many strangers around you; the more strangers, the more isolated you might feel. The unity of couples can keep you feeling safe and strong in the face of the rushing world...

Hey Chen. Nice shot. I like your note too. I take the subway every day and know how draining it can be. Nice to see you captured some genuine emotion in that place.

hi chen,
symbolic, simple, talking image...
enjoyable b/w conversion and "harsh" treatment...

Complicate image... love the focus on the important element and how you have blurred the unnecessary lines and objects into the background which lead us to know that the couple is on a train/metro/subway.
Thanks for sharing,
E

Shalom, Chen -
A nice human interest shot. The grainy B&W gives it a bit of an antique feel.
Best,
Dan
