May God give us many happy weekdays instead of 100 sad sunday...

"Adja meg az Isten,
Mit adni nem szokott,
Száz bús vasárnap helyett
Sok, víg hétköznapot,
Adja meg az Isten.

Adja meg az Isten,
Sirásaink végét,
Lelkünknek teljességes,
S vágyott békességét,
Adja meg az Isten.

Adja meg az Isten,
Bár furcsa a világ,
Ne játszak, ölő, gyilkos
Cudar komédiát
Adja meg az Isten.

Adja meg az Isten,
Mit adni nem szokott,
Száz bús vasárnap helyett
Sok, víg hétköznapot,
Adja meg az Isten."

Melinda,

this is such a strong capture! It sits down deeply into one's soul! This still silhuettes silentlly turned towards light with a cross... so powerfull, so quiet, so frightening. Amazing. This is an emotional masterpiece. My compliments!

Let there be a pleasant Sunday!

Hi Lin,
Very Amazing shot, it is emotional and strong.
Most congratulations

Hi Melinda,

Szia Melinda!
Felelmetesen jo kep; erzem, "hallom" a csendet. A vers pedig a lelkemig hatol, mint altalaban Ady "Istenes versei". Ismet egy nagyon jo parositas.

Dear Linda it is a really hard job to make a really good photo about mourning wihtout disturbing the people. You are really intelligently solved this problem and created an amazingly well-composed photo dominated by dark mass. The symbol of the light... i cannot tell you any other word. It is simply shocking.

Unfortunately I did not found the translation of the poeme, but the title 'Sad Sunday' is a really good choice, because of the wordwide well known film, the international stereotype of the Hungarian sadness and depression...

Linda, it is one of your most tough photo.

Zdravo Melinda.Definitely a powerful and emotive shot. The contrast between dark and light can be interpreted in many ways, depending on one's view of religion, the afterlife and the human condition. It is the sort of photo that is an invitation to respond on a personal level. Regards. Klaudio.
