Photographer’s Note

This is a nice rural house in Szenna, Southern Transdanubia, Hungary. For me it seems a scene of the story of Hansel and Gretel.

I tried to catch its beautiful facade using a clear face-to-face composition to emphasize the simple beauty of the Hungarian rural architecture.

I hope you also like this realized fairy tale house with the pots of blooming geranium.

I like a lot rural life , and wooden houses , too . So I like a lot this picture . It is a pleasure to see how the owners have decorated the balcony with white , red and blue tins . A simple , but great sense of harmony .

This is a nice shot of this traditional house. The closeup view provides nice details. The flowers add a nice splash of color for the shot.

Ez viszont tetszik. Lágyabb fények talán jobban illenének ehhez a házhoz, de sajnos nem jönnek megrendelésre. A tornác így is szépen bevilágított, az árnyékok pedig jól kiemelik a faburkolat struktúráját és a faragott oszlopokat. Szépen sikerült, gratulálok!

Szia Jalab !

I remember a very interesting place in your wonderful country , Opsztazer (don´t know exactly how to write it properly ) near Szeged and somehow this picture recalls me that place a bit just like diving into the past and feel how life was in other years . I thank pictures and notes like yours because they show world . Thanks a lot for your nice gallery and kind words . I suspected something about what you have told me about Vajdahunyad but did not know the true story .
