Into the White Throne Photo

Photographer’s Note

If you leave the main streets of the town of Szekesfehervar (pop. 108,000) you can "get lost" in a charming maze of picturesque passages and courtyards.

The town name means "Castle of the White Throne", as Hungarian kings were crowned here from 1038 to 1540, before it fell into Turkish hands in 1543.

Daniel, this photo is very impressive and beautiful, the notes are interesting. The colors, the details and the shapes make me feel in Germany. Light management is gorgeous and it is accentuated by the dark silhouette of the women under the arch. Many thanks for sharing. Best regards, Jalab
