Central Market Hall
IX. Fővam tér,
Metro: M2 Kálvin tér, Trams 2, 47, 49
Open: 6am-5pm Mon, 6am-6pm Tue-Fri, 6am-2pm Sat
Heading south-west from Kálvin tér to Vámház körút, you'll come across the largest of five market halls opened towards the end of the 19th-century - the Central Market Hall. This grand structure originally incorporated an indoor canal by which goods were delivered to the market's traders. Restored in 1994, the sheer size and grandeur of the hall reflects an era when Budapest was a city with big ideas. Although the canal is long gone, visitors can still marvel at the amazing variety of fresh produce, meat and flowers for sale, immaculately laid out at the market stalls, charging the senses with a combination of vivid colours and intoxicating smells.
A true sensory experience, a shopping and bargaining paradise...

Update: Posted the WS as I mentioned. It’s a creative approach to make the image pop-out.
***********
Daily life shots are always difficult to make, especially of the western countries. And as the themes portrayed are usually know to the members, it’s even harder as we don’t get the exotic advantage that make ordinary photos into popular ones…
So in these cases we must get extra-creative under the risk of the photos looking like snap-shots. In your photo I like the choice of the slow shutter blurring the movement. It’s a good creative option and works well. Still some extra effects are necessary to make it stand out.
I feel that the square format contradicts a little the dynamic of the photo, because you have the motion blur and strong diagonal lines. The square format usually creates static images and is very good for symmetry shots. So, a crop in the top near the blond woman head and in the bottom over the red letters in the bag could work well. Also, adding some contrast and darkening, as well playing with the colors to unusual tones like turning the image bluer is a good idea.
So, use these images to go creative in the PP. It’s a good excuse to do it and very funny! :-)
