Photographer's Note

A view of the building in which this museum is housed makes this visit more than worthwhile; it is an architectural masterpiece both inside and out. The Grand Entrance Hall will take your breath away with its arches, columns and staircases, all decorated with copious amounts of gold. The exhibits themselves provide an interesting and educational overview of the Hungarian people; regional folk costumes can be seen, as well as depictions of daily life in the last century. You can also avail of the guided tour service offered in different languages.

I miss a bit more sharpness. I do appreciate the management of difficult light (maybe a bit more would be even better, including more contrast), colors, vertical format, chosen pov, black & white borders and composition!

a good capture inside this wonderful building, with a subtle game of chiaroscuro and a good balance of light and shades, and it was not easy.
People adds a good vital touch and a good dynamic sense in the composition.

Superb indoor apart from the relaxing atmosphere, architecture, views and ambience, the museum is incredibly ornate particularly with nice detail of the arches. I really like the lines and angles in this shot giving the great perspective and the feeling of height and depth, excellent people interactions as well. You have done great justice indeed an excellent & artistic indoor architectural captured beautifully, Well done

I am not the biggest fan of the interiors but I can see here something more and the whole scene is actually quite appealing. I could risk an opinion this picture is not only about museum which by all means represents very fine piece of architecture. I love incorporating all these tiny people heading in different directions. And the light is just great!

Love the sense of scale in this capture, the people look tiny and are dwarfed by the hugely impressive architecture. The fact that such wonderful construction is coated with gold makes it even more impressive still. Great handling of what looks like really difficult light here, and a great POV to show off so much of this really fine interior.

Hello Ovidiu,

There is an unusually atmosphere in this photo. The cavernous hall is back-lit, with the silhouettes of the individuals all catching one's eye. Some are simply just walking, one of them appears to be engaged in calisthenics, but most likely taking a photograph of the vast dome.
