Photographer’s Note

About my last post o ur friend Bobo wrote that I could show this cove putting something in the foreground, perhaps a detail of the boat: here is "his" picture, one of the many I captured after a lot of dives.
I hope to have been able the emotion of being in such a wonderful place!

Ciao Livia. Ti sei inventato un POV incredibile utilizzando la prua (speriamo di non sbagliare) come punto per indicare la direzione verso il mare cristallino e la costa bianca. Fantastico l'inserimento della barca. Grandissimi colori. Bobo ne' sarà entusiasta.

Hello Livia,
I love that landscape..so shiny! It's truly amazing and very beautiful. The contrast between the wood with the blue, green and white rocks makes a perfect composition in the eye.

Non perchè sia dedicata a me (del che ti ringrazio di cuore) ma è veramente un'immagine coi fiocchi, ben sviluppata nella terza dimensione, piena di luce e colore e con un contrasto che lascia stupefatti.

Anche tu a Corfù! Io aspetto di poterci andare...
Prima di aver letto la nota ho pensato che la dedica a Bobo fosse dvuta ad una certa rassomiglianza tra questa immagine e alcune di Bobo, c'è la stessa luce e gli stessi colori - belli.
Ma anch'io ho potuto notare come luce e colori in Grecia sono molto simili a quelli della Sardegna.
A occhio e croce direi che eri a bordo di uno dei quei classici caicchi che portano i turisti in giro: un ottimo modo per vedere spiagge nascoste. Avevo sentito parlare di Antipaxos come di un paradiso e questa foto me lo conferma.
Una immagine fresca, molto nitida e ben composta,

I love to think of you swimming in the warm sea,
the bow of the boat helps me imagine my self there as well. Wonderful color and the anchored boat adds detail.
