Blue & White Photo

Photographer’s Note

Myrthos is one of the most famous beach of the Mediterranean sea.
When there is slight sea the blue is more intense, if possible, in the background, while the foam transforms the water near the beach in an unreal, pure, turquoise.
Many other beaches in Kefallinia are wonderful... but the special charme of Myrthos are its incredible colours!

Thats such a genteel splash Chiara. I simply love the transparent colours here and that feeling of utter freshness and coolness. great work indeed.

Hi Chiara,

i agree with your note, the ionian water colors are real superb, even if they are from kefalonia or the other islands around there..
pretty capture with fine water-motion and good pov..like it a lot..

PS: che disgrazia vedere sto mare e sto sole...quando sono appena tornato dagli 8 gradi della cekia...e mi accingo a salire nella tropicale germania!

Proponi anche tu una foto che spalanca le porte dell'anima al desiderio di questo mare azzurrissimo, di tuffarsi tra le onde avvolgenti e goderne di tutti gli effetti rinfrancanti.
Lo scatto è intenso e luminoso: hai colto l'attimo in modo sapiente: quell'onda sembra davvero investire lo spettatore...
