Photographer’s Note

On my recent trip to Paleochora-Crete, we took a boat trip to the magical beach of Elafonisi on the south western tip of the island.
You can paddle through the shallow, warm water to a small island which is also a protected nature reserve where juniper trees grow & lizards sun them selves on the rocky ground.
As i had a quick explore i stumbled across this small stone structure topped by a wooden cross.

Hello David,
I like this image of a wild shore, always pleasant to discover something. You had a strong light to manage, hence the underexposed image I presume. I hope you don't mind a workshop to brighten the image without overexposing the highlights.
