Ormos Marathokampou Photo

Photographer’s Note

The Ormos Marathokampou is found in the south-western side of island of Samos, in their foot of tall mountain Kerki and overseen the deep bleu Aegean. In distance of 30 km are found the airport of island and 40 km from the capital of island Vathy. The Ormos Marathokampou allocates a small graphic traditional port with traditional fish boots, where various excursion ships they give the possibility , enjoys virgin beaches, small islets, the holy island of Patmos and Ikaria. The visitor have the possibility to travel in Turkey, (Kousantasi) so that it visits ancient Efessos.

Γειά σου Γιάννη,
Πολύ καλή φωτογραφία, εντυπωσιακό σκηνικό τραβηγμένο από σωστή γωνία.
Πολύ καλά χρώματα, η οξύτητα ίσως είναι λίγο περισσότερη από ό,τι θα έπρεπε.

-Το όνομα της πρωτεύουσας (Βαθύ) καλό ήταν να μη μεταφραστεί

Hi Yiannis:
I like the blue colour present in the sky and on the water. The clouds "coming out" from the mountain at the background fills the sky at that side, and below them (in the picture), the houses in the beach with their nice red roofs.
Very good and bright composition.
