Αυτή είναι η ανατολική πλευρά του σαλέ στο Χιονοδρομικό Κέντρο Καρπενησίου στο Βελούχι. Καθώς φυσάει βοριάς το χιόνι χτυπά με δύναμη στους τοίχους (πάνω από 100 χιλιόμετρα την ώρα) και κολάει πάνω σαν να είναι χτισμένο.

This is the Eastern side of chalet in the Ski Centre of Karpenisi on the Velouchi mountain. As the wind blows from north the snow strikes with force in the walls (above 100 kilometers per hour) and it sticks as if it is built.

Hi Dimitris.

Impressive this view where all is frozen (polli krio, isn't it?).
The snow is nice but is not easy shoot it because the reflections, but you made very well.

Congratulations and thanks for sharing.

I like the image: detailed, sharp, impressive.
But for your note I would have thought the snow was kind of white stone.
I think the tilted horizon makes a great contribution to the compo.

Εντυπωσιακό το γλυπτό του χιονιού. Τελικά το κόντρα φως γράφει πολύ καλά και τονίζει αρκετά τα περιγράμματα.
Δεν μας είπες ποια είναι τα βουνά στο βάθος.

This is really beautiful. The white of the snow against the blue sky gives it that 'Greek feel'! The sun trying to break through also gives this photo such a nice feel.
