Photographer’s Note
On the first steps going down the Samaria Gorge (longest gorge in Europe) on the Greek island Crete i saw this view emerge out of the morning haze and it absolutely took my breath away (which I would become in dire need of later on the trip :-) - the image is uncropped but lightness of the foreground has been enhanced a bit as it came out quite dark... Still don't know if it's optimal though - comments are more than welcome!
