Photographer's Note

The stone built arched bridge of Tsagarada village in Pelion. This is named also the bridge of love. Erected in 1787 and bridges the gulch of Pilopotamos.
In the past, it is said that Milia and Tsagarada villages were connected by this work of art.

Hello Athanasios.

I saw this bridge or almost the same a few months ago on TE, but I remeber not the photographer.
But also this picture is very lovely, with the through look.
The big stones and the trees give a very nice composition and nice presentation.

Seigneur , quel image et bien vu , J'espère que cette endroit est protégé. La note est bien importante pour moi au Québec, Je l'associe avec l'image et je garde le tout sinon cela ne vut plus rien dire pour moi dans 4 ans exemple . Bien fait et d'une fa^con brillante et constructive.. Bravo Réal.

wonderful place you've captured. This huge stones covered with green moss create good opportunity for interesting foreground.Very good composed, may be the only one disadvantage are those little overexposed spots around the bridge. But is good photo.

As you can see, your beautiful photo is added to a new theme "Stone bridges of Greece". The colours can be warmer but the place is so wild and the bridge in harmony with its environement.

Kalimera Athanasios,
I like the POV looking through the bridge and including the trunk at the right. The light conditions did not help you but stole some contrast that the result is a bit pale in my eyes.

at this place i had been 2001, it seems nothing has changed, i remeber this place a little coloured, but anyway a nice place and a good picture

Θανάση καλημέρα,
αυτό το γεφύρι το έχω επισκευθεί και το έχω δείξει σε πολλούς φίλους όταν πηγαίνουμε στην Τσαγκαράδα.Είναι εξαιρετικά δύσκολη η φωτογράφησή του μπορώ να πω αλλά συγχρόνως όμως σε αποζημειώνει η μυσταγωγία του τοπίου.Και εγώ έχω ανεβάσει μια παρόμοια φωτό αλλά αυτό που βλεπουν τα μάτια δεν μπορεί να αποτυπωθεί, κατά την γνώμη,απόλυτα σε χαρτί.

Ce pont est une merveille de grâce et d'équilibre. Les anciens savaient joindre le beau à l'utile. Beau travail bien mis en valeur par cette photo !
