Esta pequeña isla al sur de Naxos tiene apenas dos pueblos y mucha vida. De aspecto árido y montañoso, es una isla típicamente cycládica. No es fértil, su costa es escarpada y está repleta de decenas de pequeñas calas arenosas de aguas cristalinas.

The island of Ios, in Greece, is a part of the Cycladic Islands, at coordinates 36°43' N 25°20' E. It is famous for its intense, nightlife which can be experienced in the touristy and lively beach resort of Mylopotas and in the harbor named Ormos. But aside the fun, the Greek Island of Ios has many beautiful sights to offer to visitors, and various quiet and peaceful places. Its coastline is adorned by kilometers of fine soft sand and crystalline emerald waters which are a real temptation.
The capital of Ios is also really lovely. This section of Greece, Ios, provides much information: pictures, map, villages, history, museums, architecture, excursions, weather and more such as a large range of hotels

Great sunsetshot,well composed .I like the repetion of the form of the windmills roof at the rock in the distance.It`s a very nice view at the city and the sunsetcolors at the sky are great.

Hi Jose,

Beautiful colourful capture from this place. Good composition with the mill on the left and the city on the right, you've framed it just a tiny bit too tight, cutting of a top of one of the mill's arms, but further it's fine. I like the colours in the sky.
The city could be a bit whiter I think, hard to get the exposure good for both the sky and the city. I know. Greetings.
