Stairs to the Heaven - Monastery Chrisoskalitissa, West Crete. The name of this monastery means Golden Stairs and came from a tradition saying that one of the 90 stairs to the top of the monastery is golden but only a person without sin can see it. If I have good information, upto now nobody saw it; me too......

warm striking colours - sharp image & a photo that smells Greece all over.
a "warm welcome" would be more likely for a title for my taste - but you have choosen a title closer to rock !
