everytime I present my Greece photos I use this slide to joke about quality of greek hotels :) they're fine actually (the hotels), but the joke always works :)

shot during a climb to Panthaleimonos Monastery (great place to visit, BTW) in Ipsarion Mountains on Thassos Island. the hut is actually overlooking Aegean Sea with beautiful view on Kavala town if there's not much haze in the air

Hi Bartek,
Thats a nice view of what might be a Greek hotel :o). Joke appart, I like that shot and the feeling of solitude that it captures. Light and sharpness are good too, however, I think the pic is a bit too red.

A good showing of the remains of this shepherd's hut in its rugged natural surroundings, Bartek. I like the choice of vertical format for this well-conatrasted presentation, and I think the brown/tobacco filter greatly boosts the mood and impact of this one, well done.

Bartek all your photos are very nicely done. You have a real touch for composition in your gallery. I love them all. This is rare to see on TE. Thanks for your comments. Its a real pleasure to see such wonderful scenes. Now as to this scene;
I gather you used some kind of filter for the sky effect. Good choice of tones in this scene. Just the shspherds hut in this frame makes it really stand out in a wonderful way. Excellent work indeed!
