THE ISLANDS NEA KAMENI AND PALEA KAMENI:
The youngest land in the Eastern Mediterranean
The two small islands in the center of the Santorini caldera, Palea and Nea Kameni, " the volcano " to the local people, are the youngest volcanic lands in the Eastern Mediterranean. Palea Kameni (Old Burnt Island) is less than 2000 years old, while Nea Kameni (Young Burnt Island) began to form only 425 years ago and its youngest lavas are less than 50 years old. These two islands represent the volcano's most recent activity.

parece que pierde algo de foco en la esquina superior derecha.

Bonita luz (y buen escaneo) de este típico pueblo Santorinesco. Supongo que, por el molino, se trata de una bella vista del pintoresco pueblo de Oia, es así?
Me gustan estas sombrillas de color azul, enmedio de las casitas blancas, haciendo juego con el cielo del mismo color, qué daría por estar allí!. Bien encuadrada, y muy bien conseguida, con la justa parte de cielo bien compensada con toda vista del pueblo. Muy buena.

Hi Jose,
It hard for me to believe that everything is all white. The composition is very beatiful. The white curve here provides this picture with the sense of movement and peacefulness.

Hola Jose,
This is definitely a great place for photography ! Nice view here with good and appropriate vertical framing, but the right part is a bit out of focus. The left part is fine and has great colors !

J'aime beaucoup l'architecture de ce village, les murs sont d'un blanc extra ordinaire. Le cadrage est parfait. Un endroit ou il doit faire bon s'y détendre.
