One of the factors that has contributed to the international popularity of Mykonos is its people. With Greece being a nation both religious and strong in family values, the people of Mykonos, although more liberal-minded, are no exception but the open attitude and hospitality of the Mykonians are qualities that have been with them for centuries. Because of the island's rocky terrain and limited rainfall the locals turned mainly to the sea for survival. Fishing and commercial trade brought frequent contact with foreigners resulting in an openness to visitors not as often found on other self-supporting agricultural islands...

THE GREEK WHITE COLOR DUE TO THE LIME THE HABITATS USE FOR "CLEAN" THEIR HOUSES' FACES GIVES FRESH AIR TO THE PICTURE.

it´s really beautiful composition showing this elderly couple.It was a good choice to do this picture in B&W,it makes the photo has unique and charming atmosphere.Good lighting and sharpness.I really like it.

ah ah artık 3-5 kişi yorum yazar olmuş TE'de adam kalmadı artık ... Halbuki ne kadar anlamlı bir "o an" karesi yaşlanınca biz de böyle olacak mıyız diye soruyorum kendi kendime yoksa geçim derdine mi düşeceğiz:)

Türkiye'deki amcalardan, teyzelerden hiçbir farkları yok. Bi namaz-niyaz eksik o kadar:)

Portekiz'deki yaşlı amcalar teyzeler de üç aşağı beş yukarı böylelerdi. Diğer Avrupa ülkelerindekiler böyle değil ama. Akdeniz havzasının insanı daha bir sıcak.
