"Votes" and colours in the mediaeval village of Vessa.
"Votes" or "skepasta" are the arched connections between the houses. In times of a Turkish invasion they were used as an escape-route.

Your composition is great using the archways to create a repeating pattern through the scene. The narrowness of the alley is emphasized by the vertical format. The lighting and colors are fine as is the photo's sharpness.

What a wonderful perspective ! An interesting and amazing narrow street. The arches are connecting the houses on both sides and it's very interesting to imagine the things happened in the past from your note...
