Photographer’s Note

The villages of mountainous volume of Othrys of is not tourist importance but veterinary surgeon. The houses and their sheep pens mountainous and semi-mountainous they face difficulties of winter. The residents have remained minimal and is in old age. Their main occupation is they raise animals, cows, sheep, goats and pigs. The products that produce are meat, dairy products of very good quality. It is essential the state to strengthen to them economically also with various other ways because the capital livestock-farming of is vital importance for the region.

**Othrys Mountain Mount Othrys (Greek: Όρος Όθρυς, Oros-, other transliteration: Othris) is a mountain in Central Greece in the northeastern part of Fthiotis and southern part of Magnesia. The mountaintop is at the prefectural and the regional border at 1,728 m. Much of the area is unpopulated in the northern part (Brynena, Kokotus,Kofoi, Neoxoraki,Neraida, Fylaki,etc)and the southwestern part. Anavra is the exception making it one of the few communities in southwestern Magnesia..etc more here Othrys M.

Bonsoir, cher ami Georgios,
Voir la Grèce sous la neige n'est pas chose courante. Aussi j'apprécie comme il se doit de voir ces trois compositions. J'aime la route qui serpente à travers la montagne. Malgré la neige, les couleurs ressortent bien et les détails sont bien présents. Très intéressante architecture également.

I like very much the framing that you chose with the very nice curves of the road which remainds those of the mountains and the village which extends in the center of the photo. There is a beautiful harmony with these gray and white colours.
