Photographer’s Note
Dessi is situated 70 km away from Trikala and 7 km from Neraïdochori. It belongs, too, in the Aethikon Municipality and it consists of the settlements of Vakari and Fortosi. It was built at an altitude of 1050m and it is surrounded by the mountains Avgo (2146m.) and Mesovouni (1800m.), Kserovouni (1943m.) and Chameno (1700m.), which, no doubt, are worth visiting for the superb view.
