Photographer’s Note

The workshop of Mr. Mestan Ahmet ( SEE HERE ), the last traditional knifemaker and bellmaker in Komotini, in the heart of "Sideradika" or "Teneketzidika", althought a very small shop, is a meeting point. All day long people stop by, for a little chat with Mr. Ahmet, who always offers to them a cigarette and a cup of coffee.

Here you can see one of the customers enjoying a cup of greek (or turkish, if you prefer) coffee.

Ηρακλή καλησπέρα,
εγώ πάντως τις φωτογραφίες σου τις βλέπω από πρώτο χέρι μέσα από το Explore Nature,Κομοτηνή και Λειβαδιά. Θαυμαστή δουλειά-έκδοση που μήνα με τον μήνα γίνεται καλύτερη,φυσικά χάριν των συνεργατών της. Πολύ καλό το ποτραίτο του ηλικιωμένου αυτού τεχνίτη σε ασπρόμαυρο,να πίνει τον καφέ του και να σου ρίχνει και μιά λοξή ματιά.
