Photographer’s Note

A wolking class district: In this photo everything you see is wall painting, or almost everything. I discovered this building walking across the thessalic city named Trikala. It illustrates every day life! If you look carefully, you will see who is in the picture. On the left balkony, in virtual reality pictured, Tsitsanis with his "Bouzouki". Vassilis Tsitsanis (1915 – 1984) was a Greek singer and songwriter. He became one of the leading composers and singers of rebetiko music, which was banned in Greece during its early years, and on the later laika style.

des trompe-l'oeil tres bien réalisés sur des façades bien propres, cela met en valeur ce quartier, sans aucun doute.
Les couleurs et les lumières sont bien capturées, le cadrage et le POV nous offrent bien l'illusion.

A very good point of view looking up at the façade of this beautiful building. The viewpoint emphasises the panitings. The tones in the walls are beautifully captured and I like every scene depicted. Excellent clarity.

Αν και δεν έχει τύχει (ακόμα) να το επισκεφτώ αυτό το μέρος, το βρίσκω χάρμα οφθαλμών.

Όμορφη η φωτογραφία σου, εξαιρετικά δωσμένη από το σωστό όρθιο κάδρο. Ωστόσο ένα shaprness το ήθελε. Δες το workshop που ετοίμασα.

FINALLY!!! Someone has at long last found a beautiful way to transform the shear UGLINESS of the typical post-WWII greek apartment building (greece's latest gift to world architectural heritage, after the doric/ionic/corinthian temple, the amphitheatre, the byzantine basilica, the neoclassical style...)

I whish this photo could get widely circulated and inspire some imitators.
