Photographer’s Note

A moment that really left me stunned. A windy day with great clouds, who can resist?, and It was hidden behind the tiny cloud giving a perfect light. The minute I shot it just came out and produced this very dramatic contrast.

not easy to photograph directly against the sun, but I quite like the result here, the sense of bright light combined with dark colours create quite a drama. nice one :)

I apparently missed a number of fairly recent posts of yours. I am grateful that you haven't abandoned Trekearth entirely. This is a fabulous shot, like so many others in your gallery, and with controlled underexposure it becomes an effective work of art. The ripples in the water attest to how windy it must have been.
