Good Morning Giorgios,

A beautifully composed shot, the beached boats closely allied and creating a strong f/g image. The gangway works welll as a guide, linking together the areas of the scene.
Good tonal values in this most attractive shot.

Black and white suits this fine composition very well indeed. The image has a good range of tones and benefits from excellent clarity. I love those big puffy clouds that stand out so well against the darkened sky.

Bonjour Georgios,

J'aime beaucoup le point de vue très près du sol ainsi que le cadrage des barques qui pointent directement vers ta lentille. Je ne suis pas sur au niveau du noir et blanc car cela devait être superbe en couleurs.

The impressive clouds dominate the picture, very much thanks to the good treatment you have given them. Generally this photo has a very good greyscale with fine contrasts.

Hi Georgios,
This view, in black & white, conveys a strong feeling of nostalgia. Some boats, peacefully resting on the shore blow the very well captured cumulus clouds. This is like looking back to a childhood summer. Interesting to notice that the colour version does not ewoke any memories...

Οι τονοι του γκρι ειναι εντυπωσιακα μεστοι και σαφεις ενω η δυναμη του φωτος γινεται απολυτα αισθητη και μεγαλωνει οσο κοιταζουμε την εικονα. Συγχατητηρια και ευχαριστω!

it was hard to choose between this photo and your previous black and white photo.
in the end I chose this one for its large white cloud formations and the strong contrasting white boats and white trim lines.
the skyline is truly great, makes a strong visual impact.

Γεώργιε, διάβασα την σημείωση σου και δέχθηκα τήν συμβουλή σου. Κοίταξα πολλή ώρα αυτήν τήν μαυρόασπρη φωτογραφία και γέμισα την ματιά μου με το νόημα της.
Δεν κρίνω φωτογραφικά εγώ, μόνο κλέβω μικρές καθημερινές στιγμές σε εξαιρετικές φωτογραφίες!
