I am glad to see another shot of this strange and fascinating place. The broken bridge, the wagons, still on their tracks and the overgrown steps - all in this very bare landscape = make a haunting and beautiful image.
Your notes on the plants are also very interesting to me. I have seen them, but did not know thir use.

Interesting to see the remains of this construction used for loading ore on the ship, even a few wagons are still there!

You chose a very good angle, with the long way to the left.
Also the curve of the sealine in background care for a nice depth.
Your notes on the plants are also very interesting to me, a time ago I have read about the old fisherman his piles with this poison, for catch of fish.

Bonjour,
belle photo de ce pont inachevé, jolies couleurs et bonne netteté, pour les trois photos car les deux coucher de soleil sont superbe aussi.
Bon POV qui montre bien cette colline avec ces mur de pierres, ces wagonnets, ces batiments et cette eau qui fait presque une diagonale avec des méandres.

Dear friend, I am sorry to announce that I may be departing from TE very soon. The reason is that TE admins keep erasing my photos although here there are many similar ones, some without even a note! I keep on posting and they keep on rejecting without a "real" reason. when I ask for an explanation by e-mail, they keep ignoring me. Today as another act of threat they erased one of my first posts here. I posted on the forum requesting advise, they erased that post also. I cannot keep up with this rude behavior, I feel I am posting to my stupid pc since once rejected no one responds to my requests.

I like your colorful foreground to contrast the rustic look of the main scene ... as if nature is saying that there is beauty amidst decay. The bridge I suppose can be considered as an eyesore but for a photographer as an interesting subject just like the way you presented the scene. Well captured and composed! tfs
