Photographer’s Note
Maybe this road doesn't quite qualify as a boulevard, but it's the main road in the village of Stavros (population probably less than 200), the main hub of the small and quiet Greek island of Donousa. The road starts at the tiny port, passes the church, the mini-market, goes along a short stretch of the village beach before ending up on a hill at the ticket-office for the ferries - a total distance of roughly 400 metres.

Hello Gert,
Excellent framed with the branches above.
The low sun care for long shadows of the man, lovely place for a good stroll.
Very attractive image showing excellent saturation of colours and details.
Compostion is a nice performance.
Very well done, TFS

Hello Gert,
Beautiful and lovely golden sunset light. I love this boulevard, not as many traffic and people, it looks very calm and peaceful. My only complain maybe that when a car goes by, it would leave alot of dust behind and I don't want to walk after that :) Very lovely and simple composition showing the tranqil setting of the little village. Thanks.

Hej Gert,
how I like this title!
It is a pity that this gentleman does not wear any red clothes, otherwise this image would have been perfect! You have composed a beautiful impression of this small island under the low sun with splendid colors. It must be the perfect place to get away from any noise and stress! TFS!
Warm regards

Mabye not a boulevard but certainly a well used road if you look at the tracs on the gound. Nice evening sun and a calmeness in the photo that pleases me.

Hi Gert, all the elements in this image combine nicely to present a suggestion of a quiet and pleasant live; the trees, water gently lapping the shore, warm light and very rustic road. Works well. cheers, Steve

Hej Gert,
Definitively more attractive than the LA version! The low, warm light is very attractive and the tree hanging above this boulevard is also very good. Needless to say the the man is a good detail!

Hej Gert,
very, very pleasant view which has a very nice warm golden tint! Interesting POV with the tree branch at the top, covering the sky. The walking man is a very important part of this photo (and it's curious that the colour of his shirt also has the same golden tint) :) Very well balanced, very nice photo which creates a gopod, peaceful relaxed mood! I like the colour gamma very much (in this respect, a special thanks to the sunshine and the POV which you chose).
Have a nice day and weeekend!
kind regards,
Elena

Hi Gert,
Where I grew up, the British left behind a 'The Mall' which in the times prior to rapid commercialisation was only a small road. So if that could be a The Mall, this road can be a Boulevard - sunset for sure. Nice warm colors in this one and an impressive close to the ground PoV.
Cheers
Kamran
