Kalispera Danos,
Was worth to wake-up early for the picture, taken a wonderful view over the beautiful bay, partly yet under shades, and rising sun lightened other parts of the surrounding hills.
A barren land, no trees on those hills, only near the waterfront houses.
Fine taken the moment.

The low morning light creates intresting contrast between the village in the shade , and some houses , the sail ,, and thearid hills in the light . It seems tobe a charming little fishing port .

η οπτική γωνία, σε ένα ψηλό σημείο στην άκρη του κόλπου, προσφέρει μια μοναδική θέα την οποία αποτύπωσες με εξαιρετικό βάθος και ευκρίνεια. Η ατμόσφαιρα άυτή την ώρα της ημέρας, όταν προβάλλει ο ήλιος και αρχίζει να ξυπνά το τοπίο και να ζωντανεύει τα χρώματα είναι μαγευτική. Μου αρέσουν πολύ τα χρώματα και η μεγάλη διαφορά των μπλε. Η διαβάθμιση του φωτός κατα μήκος της καμπύλης του κόλπου είναι υπέροχη. Συγχαρητήρια και ευχαριστώ!

Hello Danos,
the light is really magnificent here and creates such lovely mood.But even without such amazing lighting conditions the scene would be beautiful as the small bay is so picturesque located and surrounded from three sides by the land.I can only envy people living in those houses around the bay as they have so marvelous view from their homes.

Hello Danos,

This is a good downward view on this bay with the colors of the rising sun. I like the different zones of shadow anf light making contrast and the quietness of the scene.

The distance between the bay and the mountainsd is giving depth to the composition. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the village and of the mountains. The good luminosity is enhancing the beauty of the colors. Have a nice day.

a shot that has brightened my day. Snow on the ground outside and thoughts of waking to this exquisite view dispelling the winter blues. The light is just wonderful and the beauty of the place irresistible as is that atmosphere and quiet that you can only experience in the Greek islands. Stunning!

You played discretion for not wakening the sleeping bay and it conveys a sublime calmness mood before the fishermen's adrenalin surges in thier muscles to lead them at sea for thier livelihood!
I presume they form tight bonds with each-others in that small village.

Hello Danos,

You're capturing well this place by a good angle and excellent tone/clarity, so it's interesting and impressive to see the small bay with lovely shape and the surrounding geographical feature with brown cliff. It's impressive in many houses of fishing village with white wall and floating boats on bay, too. The whole is harmonized well by a good arrangement and excellent color management.

Hi Danos,

I wanted to comment on a different photo of yours, but this was too good to pass up. :) There's something magical about the days first light, and this is a good example of just how positively that can affect an image. It feels warm and gives a sense of adventure, and new day with new possibilities. The golden tone it provides on the large sailboat is beautiful and helps fortify the reflection. The white facades stand out well in the shaded areas and the clear blue sky is quite complimentary to the colors presented. Lovely and peaceful scene captured. Have a terrific weekend.

The view down is clever. The composition is well chosen, with excellent combination of light and colors and perfect deep depth of field. I like the dark water color because it contrasts nicely with the whire houses and brown hills in the background. The boats nice beach in FG is very good. Bravo. Have a nice day.

Good to be a post after sunrise when all is still to begin
The landscape is beautiful and very well taken from above but what I like the more is the light of the cumming sun, some parts with light while another s are still in shadows
