I liked the patriotic Greek national colors of blue and white here and the perspective leading to the old windmill. Taken in the backstreets of Oia, perched atop the craggy jagged remnants of the Santorini volcanic explosion around 3600 years ago.

It's remarkable that all the walls and the door look like they've been just painted. No stain can be detected. Also the street is spotless clean.
The blue and white - like on the national flag - is a wonderful fitting combination.
Excellent view upwards and great representation of the Cycladic architecture.
Best regards, Paul

Bonne composition verticale.

regardless how many iconic pictures of Greece including white and blue buildings have been posted here they always draw an attention. Lovely contrast and very well handled light. I like the composition with the windmill being decidedly its highlight. Nice colors.

A lovely capture, beautiful sharp colours, Oia is a great place far more quieter and prettier than Fira.
A magical place to wander. TFS

Ciao e buona settimana

The blue and white is something that I shall ever associate with Greece Chris. Here the pristine walls and blue paintwork gel perfectly with the cloudless sky. Iconic colours and architecture and a lovely shot. Warm regards rosemary

I'll never get tired of such Greece scenes!
the stark whites, the bright blues, the funny looking windmill, so many things to attract us into the scene.
beautiful, classic, with warm light and colors.

A classic Greek post card with its famous blue and white. Love how they match the blue to the sky so perfeclty. I'm sure if there are clouds, it would be the same white :)
Excellent quality and you manage the strong light perfectly.
