Photographer's Note

Well, I just couldn't help myself from posting another photo of this beautiful piece of rusted junk!

If you've been following my gallery, this shipwreck was one of my first posts from Greece.

I had to come back to it again. We traveled by bus for 4+ hours from Athens, JUST to see this shipwreck. I knew it was here from internet searches before leaving Canada. This was a seek and destroy type of mission for me :)

So why have I chosen to call it the Shipwreck from Hell? well, because i busted up my knee pretty bad while photographing it. Torn knee ligaments were the result. The Shipwreck is said to be haunted, so you never know!

My knee is starting to feel a bit better now, but not fully. Front and back movements are fine, its the twisting and pivoting of my knee thats still a major concern.

The patch of flat rock I'm standing on to get this photo, is the same wet rock that I slipped and fell on.
I hurt my knee before taking this shot...I wasn't going away empty handed!

At least I walked ( or hobbled ) away with some of my favorite photos from the entire trip.

Hope you like it too.
