Photographer's Note

The three picturesque villages of Plaka, Triovasolos and Tripiti, looking northeast across the island of Milos at sunset. Its well worth getting the local bus up as near to the lookout at Plaka, as possible, for superb sunsets and views across the island, the most western of the Cyclades group. The main town of Adamas is in the bottom right corner and beyond. The three crosses bottom left are used at Easter to commemorate the Crucifixion of Christ at Calvary.
